 JEGO established the tight quality management from production at the beginning to completion. First, the manager is the first responsible person for the quality; The headers of every departments are the main responsible persons for quality; The QC department need to assure that the management system should be really formed, executed, and maintained. As a result, our quality reaches the global advance level and the technical data in our testing report has exceeded international standards and the level of similar foreign products. JEGO encouraged our staffs to actively participate in various of quality management activities like QC group activities, 7S management, TPM and son on.

 ◆   Quality testing

To control the quality before delivery, our manufacturing base is also equipped with most advance quality testing machines like LED photometer and chroma testing system , LED optical match performance testing system, LED chip precision light intensity testing system, chromatic light analysis/automatic analyzing and testing system of LED electrical properties. These advance machines enable us to finish 0.03 linear spectrum & luminous flux testing in dynamic range from 0.11mm to 2001mm. As a result, we could finish the luminosity and chroma parameter testing, light intensity distribution (optical match curve) testing, and quality assessment and control of all electrical light illuminators, including LED module, LED single, LED luminaries, regular fluorescent lamps and energy-saving lamps and so on.

Quality management

Among the three points of quality, cost and effectiveness, the quality is always most important. We keep training our staff and improve their quality consciousness to make them establish a correct concept of quality management in their heart and stimulate their initiative and creativity to fully develop their talent and wisdom.

Customer satisfactory

We insist on product design meeting customer’s exact requirement and confirm it with customers before we put into mass production. We have built customer service system to supply our best service and technical support. We try our best to understand customer needs and improve our service through customer satisfaction survey. To realize that our internal quality standard is higher than customer’s requirements, we strictly control our “ product qualification”, “ delivery time”, “ rapid handling of customer complaint or rejection”.

 ◆ QC processing

We strictly carry out ISO9001 quality control system step by step:

1. IQC

We evaluate rigorously about the qualifications of all raw material suppliers. We inspect 100% important parts and at random for general components. Only qualified material could be used in production.

2. IPQC

All employees have been professionally trained about the production skills. Product would be inspected by our production employee first, then every processing lines would mutually inspect it and the workshop and QC department would make the final inspection.

３. FQC

After full inspection on production lines, the QC department would inspect every batch of complete product at random. Only qualified product could be packaged and delivered to customer.
