We guarantee that we will supply qualify products meeting the standard according to our contract and offer customers our best pre-sale, sale and after-sale service.

 

Our products have got European CE and ROHS certification and passed the quality testing by the third party China National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Testing Center. Our products quality has been approved through installation and operation for above three years in domestic and international market.

 

To assure customers our quality product, make a clear responsibility between seller and buyer, we make our promise as following:

 

1、Assuring product quality through a comprehensive quality control system. We have got ISO9001、CE、ROHS international certifications. After we sign the contract, we will control the quality in every production step from design→ production →parts assembling→ quality testing→ package→ logistic→ installation→ operation→ after-sales service.

 

2、Quality supervision in our factory. The QC department will strictly inspect product and make sure that there is no any defective product in any production line and make sure that the same quality problem would not happen again.

 

3、We assure that the products meet the quality standard and will be responsible for the quality. We will offer customers any necessary product data like quality testing report.

 

4、Our package and registered mark are in the line with international rules.

 

5、For the buyers, customers should stock and use the products strictly according to our <Installation Instruction>. Otherwise, we are free of any duty.

 

6、We will actively do our best to solve the problem when customers lodge any complain about product. We will take all the charges if the quality problem is caused by our company.

 

7、Our product warranty period is of one or two years according to the concrete orders and we are responsible for the free maintenance during our warranty period. Of course, we will maintain the products in all the life.
